**Summary****Responsibilities**- Conduct online sessions for students through Nagwa Connect according to MoE curriculum to support the learning process- Run engagement activities to ensure efficient learning outcomes and communicate with students before and after the sessions through Nagwa Chat- Follow up on the student's progress through the assignments sent after each session through Nagwa Homework to ensure that the learning outcomes are reached**Qualifications & Work Experience**- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline- Ability to collect, interpret, and summarize data- 2-4 years of relevant teaching experience- Experience in differentiated instruction to deliver different learning needs and styles- Previous online tutoring is a plus- Proficient in Arabic**Behavioural Competencies**- Strong communication skills in verbal and written- Leadership skills- Time Management- Accountability and ownership- Problem Solving- Attention to detailYuKyGzDpcL
