Innovating in the energy industry, our subsea and surface pressure capabilities are industry-leading.**Partner with the best**The Subsea Field Services Specialist provides offshore & onshore support for installation, maintenance & decommissioning of Subsea equipment and services.As a Subsea Field Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory Environmental Health and Safety/EHS requirements and expectations.- Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory Quality management systems.- Lead installation, overhaul and maintenance of Wellheads, X-trees, Connection Systems, Control Systems and other Baker Hughes related equipment within his/her discipline.- Providing technical instruction and assistance to customer regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer's sites- Performing administrative functions, such as writing technical reports, preparing job status reports, reports to customers & time sheet and expense sheets.- Coordinating the preparation of equipment for the next job.- Maintaining knowledge of the report system to the extent required for timely and accurate input of field information necessary.- Inventory control of necessary Baker Hughes related equipment offshore- Assist engineering / project manager in preparation of procedures if requested.- Lead junior personnel to ensure their personal development and welfare.- Complete Assigned trainings & Competencies on timely manner.**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Have a Bachelors degree in Engineering.- Have a background with demonstrable exposure to Subsea Control Systems, Subsea X-Tree Operations, Manifolds & Connection Systems or Subsea wellhead installation services.- Have minimum of 5 year experience in Subsea.- Have good communication skills in Arabic and English.- Ready to travel on a short notice.- Be able to represent Baker Hughes on a general level on site.**Work in a way that works for you**We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
