Have the opportunity to see the true impact that you're having in the work you do - every small thing counts.**Job Scope**:The role is responsible to lead Digital Projects end to end from idea stage to full implementation in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, as a part of this role, Manufacturing Digital Lead would be responsible to maintain existing digital systems, lead cyber security agenda and own factory digital masterplan.**Roles & Responsibilities- Responsible for understanding full work processes on site and identifying Non Value-added activities that could be eliminated using digital solutions.- Work with Quality Team on site to develop the plan and execute projects to address quality risks and traceability gaps in work processes (batching, inventory management etc).- Fully own cyber security program for site, conduct detailed risk assessment and deploy actions for mitigation of all cyber security risks.- Maintain strong understanding of IT/OT systems on site to lead projects falling into both automation and IT domain.- Enhance factory systems integration for enhanced data capturing in line with WCM vision to achieve maximum visibility and zero losses.- Own source codes and version control for all digital programs and lead debugging/resolution for any issues affecting current programs.- Own documentation system/Change Management to ensure all existing and new projects are fully documented and sustainably managed.- Lead training program on site to ensure Site Technicians/Engineers are appropriately trained to handle current and new projects in Digital/Automation domain.**Professional Skills**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred - Electrical, Mechatronics or Computer Science background).**Experience Required**:- Strong understanding of automation systems (PLCs/Servers/Drives/Automation networks) is required.- In Depth understanding of Computer Networks, network topologies, firewalls and automation processes.- Strong understanding of Database concepts/APIs and management of cloud environment.
