**Summary**:Location: Cairo, Egypt #LI-Hybrid About the Role: As a Process Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing third party risk management assessments with the support of global and cross functional teams, also for analyzing commercial projects proposed by commercial team and ensuring the projects are communicated to all distributors and that all stakeholders are aligned, in addition to handling the 3rd party contract process from initiation to execution and updating department SOPs according to the current effective work module with alignment of relevant stakeholders. This role reports directly into the Process Control and Commercial Projects Manager.**About the Role**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Initiate a request to start the risk management process regarding any vendor and manage to get documents needed by global team to assess the third party.- Act as business owner to support compliance and legal dept. with their inquiries.- Follow up with the stakeholders on all commercial projects to ensure that the project meets its business objectives.- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, and presentations.- Track the project milestones and suggest any corrective actions within project time- Report and analyse project results.- Follow-up with external service providers on any reports related to the commercial projects, to ensure that the reports meet the company standards in the compensation process.- Maintain and update contracts related to the Strategic Alliances & Tender Business department in coordination with the legal team.- Manage and update the Strategic Alliances & Tender Business department SOPs and the associated trainings.**Essential Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a multinational company.- Experience in drafting commercial contracts.- Experience in document control.- Fluency in English and Arabic Languages.- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook).**Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion**:Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams' representative of the patients and communities we serve.Novartis is a proud member of the_ ILO Global Business and Disability Network_ and the _Valuable 500_, _promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities in workplaces around the world.
