You'll be glad you applied to Si-Ware.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- Responsible of managing and executing the order fulfillment cycle starting from receiving & processing the orders up till assuring its delivery to customers.- Follow up with shipping companies and customers to resolve any shipping and customs issues.- Responsible of stock management and ordering process at 3rd part logistics warehouse.- Responsible of handling suppliers ordering process logistics.- Implement and report all periodic metrics related to operation performance and communication.**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:- Bachelor's degree preferred.- Experience Needed: 0-3 years.- Very good command using MS Applications.- Very Good command of English.- Fulfillment & logistics management background is recommended.- Flexible & Willing to work on wide job description.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.- High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure.- Problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Shipping) at different time zones.
