Finance Manager/Director (Tax/Transfer Pricing) Client Description Our client is a renowned shoe production company with presences in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and India. To cope with continued growth, they are now urgently looking for an experienced Finance Manager/Director in Tax and Transfer Pricing to join the team in Hong Kong. Job Description
- Support Transfer Pricing Strategy, Planning, and develop a strategic view of Transfer Pricing for the group.
- Ensure global compliance with all applicable transfer pricing rules, cases, and practices.
- Monitor tax TP legislation and recommend strategies to implement.
- Transfer Pricing Audits and Risk Management.
- Assist in documenting and communicating any transfer pricing tax implications of transactions and tax positions for tax reporting and compliance purposes.
- Respond to ad-hoc TP queries from different regions.
- Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or any related discipline.
- At least 8+ years of Transfer Pricing experience gained from a Big 4 accounting firm or commercial experience.
- Experience and understanding of international transfer pricing and tax principles.
- Sound knowledge of Transfer Pricing and able to lead transfer pricing strategy and planning.
- Excellent English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
