Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SQL DBA to manage, optimize, and support SQL Server databases. The ideal candidate will ensure high performance, security, and availability of our databases while handling backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server instances.
- Monitor and optimize database performance.
- Implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Manage high availability solutions (Always On, Clustering, Replication).
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide support.
- Collaborate with development teams for database design and optimization.
- Maintain documentation of database processes and architectures.
- 8+ years of experience in SQL Server DBA role.
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, performance tuning, and backup strategies.
- Experience with High Availability solutions (Always On, Clustering, Replication).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Certifications (MCDBA, Azure Database Administrator) are a plus.
