Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in HR & Hospitality Operations located in Faridabad. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and supporting the high-end lifestyle services provided by the company. Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Operations
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
