About the mission we offer you: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic People & Culture (P&C) team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various P&C functions, including Talent Acquisition (TA), Mobilization, Operations, and Employee Engagement. We seek a versatile individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and provide comprehensive support to the team as needed. This is a full-time position for 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Ensure the recruitment tracker is updated with the required details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for all new mobilizations.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on mobilization activities.
- Employee Engagement:
- Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the development and distribution of internal communications.
- Gather feedback from employees to help improve engagement initiatives.
- General HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondences and reports.
- Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and provide assistance as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Bachelor's degree or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience. Previous experience in an HR support role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
