Britus International School, Al Olaya, Riyadh Head of Admissions Required: March 2025 SEP Schools are seeking a Head of Admissions for the academic year 2024-2025. Our group comprises successful American, British, and National curriculum schools across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates. We now seek a leader to support the growth of our schools’ enrollment. Candidates should:

  1. Contribute to the achievement of student enrollment targets and be responsible for the processing of student applications and admissions.
  2. Ensure competent administration and record-keeping of the admissions process including entry assessments.
  3. Provide strategic direction and leadership for all admissions activities.
  4. Implement Admissions strategies aligned with the school’s mission, vision, and values.
  5. Support the transition of families from admissions to parents’ liaison and maintain clear communication with academic teams.
  6. Create an outstanding experience for parents and students throughout every stage of the process from applying until they leave BISM.
  7. Review all relevant policies, procedures, quality, and customer service standards and ensure their delivery to all prospective families.
  8. Be an exceptional leader of people, coaching and developing your Admissions, marketing, and communication team members.
  9. Oversee all aspects of Admission and enrollment processes and procedures.
  10. Develop, execute, and regularly monitor marketing, retention, and admissions plans.
  11. Lead and drive strategies to generate inquiries through both online and offline campaigns.
  12. Develop key processes and lead the team to guide parents and students through the admissions process, making the experience positive, straightforward, and engaging throughout.
  13. Design and develop marketing strategies to meet enrollment targets and positively promote BISM.
  14. Oversee all parent communication to ensure responsiveness, quality, and attitude.
  15. Assign and review communication, marketing, and social media tasks/products for skilled team members.
  16. Liaise with Students Affairs for all MOE requirements and procedures.
  17. Liaise with and oversee activities coordinator on large-scale events.
  18. Ensure PRE is achieving the enrollment target and providing high-quality service to new and existing parents.
  19. Visibility to re-enrollment assessing risks.
  20. Work with the entire school to accurately assess school pulse and view of unique selling points or areas of improvement.
  21. Meet with prospective parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum, fee structure, and regulations to ensure enrollment.
  22. Maintain an accurate record of all places available at the school and an up-to-date waiting list.
  23. Prepare and undertake the annual roll over of pupils, preparing files for new pupils and archiving leavers and records.
  24. Prepare and send out all communications regarding admissions events.
  25. Attend Trust meetings relating to Admissions.
  26. Update School events to the website weekly or as required.
  27. Set a good example in terms of punctuality and attendance.
  28. Comply with policies and procedures relating to behavior management, safeguarding, child protection, equal opportunities, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection.
  29. Contribute to the overall ethos/vision of the School.
  30. Be aware of day-to-day issues within the School and ensure effective communication between all relevant departments.
  31. Evaluate a wide variety of academic qualifications, make decisions, and issue offers on non-complex applications, in line with agreed policies.
  32. Assist in training new members of the Admissions team to ensure they can complete their duties to a desired standard.
  33. Oversee and lead the Front of House team.
