Responsibilities:

Interior Design Planning: Design interior layouts and create architectural drawings for highrise buildings ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented accurately and within project specifications.
Space Planning: Develop effective space planning solutions and create detailed design concepts that meet the needs of the project.
Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and ensure that their vision is incorporated into the final product.
Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and furniture that align with the overall design vision and comply with safety standards.
Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to ensure design implementation is aligned with project requirements and standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local building codes, regulations, and industry standards for safety and sustainability.
Project Documentation: Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation to present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience as an Interior Design Architect specifically in highrise building projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality designs with attention to detail and accuracy.
Team Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
