Based in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Canada, SOL believes in world-class global solutions with local delivery excellence services.Job Role:The Senior Cloud Pak for Integration Support Engineer specializes in providing advanced technical support and guidance for IBM Cloud Pak for Integration solutions. This role involves troubleshooting, optimizing, and ensuring the reliability of integration environments. The engineer plays a crucial role in managing the full lifecycle of integration applications, from deployment to maintenance, within cloud and hybrid systems.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support for IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, addressing complex issues and ensuring solutions meet operational requirements.System Optimization: Monitor and optimize Cloud Pak for Integration environments to ensure high performance and availability.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve advanced issues in collaboration with IT and development teams, leveraging deep technical expertise in Cloud Pak and related technologies.Deployment and Configuration: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and integration of Cloud Pak solutions, ensuring best practices are followed for scalable and secure deployments.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in system architecture, deployment strategies, and operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed documentation and share knowledge with team members and clients to promote best practices in Cloud Pak management and troubleshooting.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders to provide updates and insights on system status and issues.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.Experience: Several years of experience in IT support, specifically with IBM Cloud Pak for Integration or similar middleware/integration platforms.Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, API management, and enterprise messaging systems.Project Management: Familiarity with project management principles and tools.Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Certifications:IBM Certified Solution Architect - Cloud Pak for IntegrationRed Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShiftCloud professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)What We BelieveWe have an unwavering commitment to diversity with the aim that every one of our people has a full sense of belonging within our organization.
