Bluecurrent is a leading provider of innovative smart metering services and solutions in New Zealand and Australia. As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia. We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Services Support Lead to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will help oversee the administrative and compliance functions associated with field service provider (FSP) management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures the smooth operation of invoicing, payments, compliance tracking, and general administrative support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • FSP Pre-Qualification, onboarding and Vendor Set-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance requirements for field service providers.
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external FSPs, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to the Field Services Support Officer.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to administrative and compliance processes.

Who We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have 3+ years in an administrative or support role, preferably within field services or operations. The role requires knowledge of invoicing, payment systems, vendor management, training, and compliance with regulatory requirements, with a commitment to safety and quality standards. You will bring excellent organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Your communication, relationship building, and influencing skills will be excellent, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with all stakeholders.
