About the role

As a Quality Coordinator you will support various major construction projects across the Enerven business. Under the leadership of the Systems & Improvement Business Partner you will ensure that all aspects of Project Quality Management are in place, and that all deliverables are achieved. You will assist in the development, implementation, and operation of a fully compliant ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS), and the promotion of a quality focussed, continuous improvement culture throughout the business. You will build trusted relationships with internal customers, clients and suppliers/sub-contractors. You will leverage these connections to effectively educate, influence and drive adherence to all QA/ Business requirements and contract terms & conditions. Day to day you will:
  • Conduct system and project specific audits to evaluate compliance to the relevant requirements, procedures, and standards in line with the auditing schedules.
  • Perform Site Quality Inspection to ensure product conformance to client standards.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate project specific and integrated project Quality Management Plans and documentation to the project team and client.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems, processes and platforms (i.e. Asite), including Drawing Management, QMS Processes and Procedures and Inspection Test Plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams and operations managers to facilitate resolution of non-conformances.
  • Complete the Improvement Request Process to generate ideas, create solutions and implement controls for identified problems.
  • Develop data driven performance reports to help influence and make key decisions towards improving project quality.
This role will be offered initially as a 24 month Term Contract.

About you

Requirements include:
  • A Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications preferred), or related discipline.
  • Telecommunications related industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Relevant skills and knowledge gained through experience in similar Quality roles.
  • Previous experience implementing and managing an ISO 9001 certified system.
  • Experience and understanding of QMS and project delivery/completions documentation.
  • Auditor qualifications would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Current drivers’ licence (for visits to project sites).
