Commercial Contract Manager

Airswift is seeking a Commercial Contract Manager to work on a permanent contract in Macaé with a major Oil & Gas Company. This role's key focus is the review, negotiation, management, control, and administration of contractual agreements with clients, key suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders. The Commercial Contracts Manager is required to develop and maintain contractual relationships and provide coaching and support for all parts of the business, especially Operations, in the pursuit of successful management of client contracts starting with the Commercial to Operations Handover. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor Degree in Contract/Commercial Law (minimum) Substantial experience in a similar role, preferably within the offshore oil and gas and/or renewable energy industries. Ability to adhere to strict time deadlines and short notice requests. Able to work across many time zones. Excellent English and Portuguese reading, writing, and oral communication skills.
