JOB DESCRIPTION The role of a Empanelment Manager - Channel Partner , would involve channel partner acquisition and account management in the designated zone by building a strong network of real estate brokers in an allocated area and developing partnerships with them. Key Responsibilities : • Regular visits to the channel partners, new and old, to build a strong influence over the network. • Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of your channel partners. Ensure the highest level of quality in leads : A high-quality lead can be defined as an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner. • Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction. • Follow up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests. • Ensuring engagement of channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company Maintaining the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum a Graduation or Similar Qualification. • 1 to 2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory. • Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business. • Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Channel Partners and End Customers alike. • Two-wheeler with a valid license. • Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language. • Highly motivated individual who is target-driven. • Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability.
