Process Leader – Social Media and Digital Marketing FinacPlus is a leading B2B Virtual Backoffice and Data Services company specializing in providing high-quality and skilled resource solutions for global clients across various industries. Incorporated in 2017, we are now a 500+ employee company and are an integral part of more than 32 global clients. This is position is to lead FinacPlus efforts in reaching global clients and business development. As a Process Leader – social media and digital marketing, you’ll play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing social media and digital marketing initiatives to enhance our market presence, align digital marketing strategies with our strategic goals, and drive significant industry impact. Your role majorly involves brand awareness, optimizing user engagement and lead generation, through data-driven tactics. You will be implementing targeted campaigns across different digital platforms and analyzing their performance to optimize results. Key Responsibilities
- Reach potential clients through LinkedIn, Emails, Website forms and market FinacPlus services by presenting facts and figures and USPs of FinacPlus.
- Collaborate with the management team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
- Coordinate meetings with potential clients and give complete details of services and present compelling reasons for engaging FinacPlus as their back-office services partner.
- Constantly monitoring the functioning of company websites, and their functionality, relevance of various pages, reviewing and updating of the content, reading and actioning on messages received through company website and maintaining constant touch with potential clients.
- Developing relevant content to present FinacPlus’s work culture, achievements, success stories, innovation, benefits derived by clients, growth stories of employees and sharing on social media.
- Develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email, etc.) and use various CRM and marketing tools and apps available.
- Create and manage content marketing strategies such as blogs, case studies, and landing pages
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and organic lead generation
- Manage and analyze paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs
- Implement and track marketing automation and email nurturing campaigns
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, making data-driven optimizations
- Master’s degree in marketing
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing and providing advertising solutions across various platforms implementing and measuring campaigns and providing the right client solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Email marketing, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, ZohoCRM, Bigin, WordPress, Ms-Excel etc.,
- Excellent content writing skills for social media and ads creation
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
