This project is not just about meeting expectations but exceeding them, setting new benchmarks for quality and innovation in the industry. Job Title: Manual QA Tester Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed test cases based on product requirements.
• Perform end-to-end manual testing for functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
• Conduct cross-browser testing using tools like BrowserStack.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Perform regression testing and validate fixes.
• Provide detailed test reports and feedback for decision-making.

• 3–4 years of experience in manual testing, preferably with e-commerce, CRM/ERP systems, or financial products.
• Strong experience in writing clear, comprehensive test cases.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile processes.
• Ability to work in a startup environment with strong prioritization and adaptability skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with BrowserStack and API testing tools like Postman.
