Division: Support Services Department: HR Reporting to: HR Manager Colleagues: HR, Finance, Purchasing, and IT Key Responsibilities:- Collecting data, especially attendance and departure per month.
- Working efficiently on computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Full knowledge of all financial receivables accounts (end of service, vacations, etc.).
- Responsibility for calculating monthly salaries.
- Responsible for paperwork, especially salaries and entitlements (bank transfer, salary certificates, etc.).
- Full knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law No. 6 of 2010.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational level.
- Experience from 2 to 3 years.
- Ability to work with payroll programs.
- Work without supervision.
- Organized and committed to working hours.
- The ability to write and speak English & Arabic.
- Salary Range: 350-450 KD.
- Sim Card (Line & Internet).
