What You’ll Do (Your Key Responsibilities)1️⃣ Assist in Creative Leadership & Strategy:

• Support the Head Designer in creating innovative, market-driven jewellery collections.
• Help define and maintain brand aesthetics and design philosophy .
• Work closely with marketing, inventory, and sales teams to align designs with business goals.

2️⃣ Design Development & Trend Research:

• Research global jewellery trends, materials, and consumer preferences .
• Assist in conceptualizing and developing new collections that align with CKC’s ethos.
• Work with vendors and artisans to bring design concepts to life with high craftsmanship.

3️⃣ Technical & Creative Oversight:

• Oversee product development, prototyping, and quality control to ensure designs meet brand standards.
• Guide the team in using advanced design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD, CorelDRAW).
• Ensure all designs are catalogued and easily accessible for reference.

4️⃣ Collaboration & Process Optimization:

• Coordinate with showrooms, inventory teams, and marketing to ensure seamless product rollouts.
• Develop efficient workflow structures and approval processes for faster execution.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-efficient design strategies .

5️⃣ Visual Merchandising & Branding:

• Ensure store displays and marketing collaterals align with the CKC design vision.
• Work on electronic catalogues and digital showcases for better customer engagement.
• Provide creative inputs for branding, advertising, and promotional materials .

6️⃣ Team Development & Training:

• Mentor and train junior designers and interns in design principles and industry best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams on design concepts to enhance customer engagement.
• Help maintain team productivity and time management .
