Role Overview As a Junior Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms. Your role will involve content creation , engagement management, performance tracking, and social media optimization to ensure consistent growth and brand presence for our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to craft compelling brand narratives and drive audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Manage and oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest) for clients across industries.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently while maintaining brand voice and tone.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages to foster community engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Develop engaging content strategies that align with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and descriptions that drive engagement.
- Create engaging social media posts , including text, images, reels, and videos.
- Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual content.
- Plan and execute creative content campaigns, challenges, and interactive posts (polls, quizzes, stories).
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to enhance content quality.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Optimize content and posting strategies based on data insights.
- A/B test content formats, hashtags, and posting times for improved engagement and reach.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to align social media efforts with ad campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and content preferences.
- Brainstorm and implement creative social media campaigns for audience growth and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
- Ensure social media profiles are fully optimized with appropriate bios, keywords, and links.
- Implement hashtag strategies, geo-tagging, and engagement techniques for better visibility.
- Keep up with evolving trends in AI tools, automation, and social media innovations .
