We are expanding our team and looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to help us create and execute engaging content strategies, manage brand communications, and drive social media success for our clients. Role Overview As a Junior Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms. Your role will involve content creation , engagement management, performance tracking, and social media optimization to ensure consistent growth and brand presence for our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to craft compelling brand narratives and drive audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

  • Manage and oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest) for clients across industries.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently while maintaining brand voice and tone.
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages to foster community engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Content Creation & Strategy
  • Develop engaging content strategies that align with brand goals and audience preferences.
  • Write compelling captions, headlines, and descriptions that drive engagement.
  • Create engaging social media posts , including text, images, reels, and videos.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Plan and execute creative content campaigns, challenges, and interactive posts (polls, quizzes, stories).
  • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to enhance content quality.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize content and posting strategies based on data insights.
  • A/B test content formats, hashtags, and posting times for improved engagement and reach.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align social media efforts with ad campaigns.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and content preferences.
  • Brainstorm and implement creative social media campaigns for audience growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Ensure social media profiles are fully optimized with appropriate bios, keywords, and links.
  • Implement hashtag strategies, geo-tagging, and engagement techniques for better visibility.
  • Keep up with evolving trends in AI tools, automation, and social media innovations .
Qualifications & Skills Must-Have: ✔ Social Media Marketing experience (1-2 years preferred; freshers with skills can apply)✔ Strong content writing skills (captions, post descriptions, scripts, blogs)✔ Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter ✔ Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and engagement strategies ✔ Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools for quick content adaptation ✔ Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and optimization ✔ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field ✅ Good to Have: ⭐ Experience with Reels, TikTok-style content, and viral content strategies ⭐ Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)⭐ Knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook & Instagram Ads)⭐ SEO and hashtag research skills for social content optimization ⭐ Ability to edit short-form videos using CapCut, InShot, or Adobe tools Why Join Profitcast?
