Job Title: Human Resources Assistant Location: New Delhi Purpose: A Human Resources Assistant role in the Think Tank industry at Chintan Research Foundation involves managing all HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and driving HR initiatives. Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably in the Think Tank industry.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts and managing performance issues.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management.
- Handle employee benefits administration and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Participate in HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with performance management systems.
- Understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
