Its own direct-to-consumer channel “Meatigo by Prasuma” offers a curated selection of exclusive products, delivering within 30 minutes across major cities in India Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Manager at Prasuma in Gurugram. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for business planning, driving export sales, managing international sales, and expanding the international business. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the company's presence in global markets. Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop export network for range of products, including road map, documentation as per countries.
- Establish and maintain relationships with international vendors and clients
- Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers in different countries.
- Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customers needs and requirements.
- Carry out market research ,conduct surveys, study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.
- Identify and participate in relevant trade shows and represent the company
- Manage the import and export processes to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transport costs and delivery times
- Negotiate contracts with shipping and freight companies to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate with customs brokers and government agencies regarding documentation and regulatory requirements
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation
- Business Planning and Sales skills
- Experience in Export and International Sales
- Understanding of International Business practices
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
