Exp : 10+ NP: Max 45 Days Hardware Asset Management Implementation Within the services and consulting agreement the Provider will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with best practices. Collaborating with various stakeholders to create scalable and efficient solutions aligned to ServiceNow best-practise architecture. • Configure ServiceNow instance to enable hardware asset management functionalities, • Including setting up asset classes, attributes, and relationships • Review and create Model Categories, • Setup ITAM roles aligned to Fresenius platform standards and ServiceNow best practise • Import existing hardware asset data into ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Customize hardware asset management workflows, • Create and customize views, forms, attributes. • Create and customize Catalog Items based on customer requirements. • Create and customize reports and dashboards to meet specific business requirements. • Provide training sessions to key stakeholders on using the hardware asset management system effectively, including hands-on exercises and documentation. • Ensure full transition into support for all technical, data and process aspects of the implementation • Ensure all appropriate business-as-usual governance is in place to allow the successful ongoing maintenance of the product In general of our developers, we ask the following Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and customize ServiceNow platform applications in alignment with business requirements. Implement new applications and solutions to meet business requirements. Create integrations with external systems within the Fresenius group and/or with customers. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in agile processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
