Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all communications related to marketing such as advertising agencies & suppliers
- Coordinating with the sales team by managing their contracts & tracing its schedules & follow up an operation& customer portfolio till the delivery
- Deliver a periodical Department report to the CEO
- Facilitate sales team requirements
- Monitoring order completion & tracking orders progress
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related material.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested (CRM)
- Building data base for HOLZTEC customers
- Handling marketing material & events logistics
Job Requirements
- Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills, and Social media management is a plus.
- Proven experience in office management, administrative, or assistant roles.
- Candidate must be fluent in both written & spoken English
- Preferably a Female
