JASARA PMC is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Controls Engineer - Change Management (IK04-0035) to join our esteemed team. In this crucial position, you will play a vital role in managing and controlling changes to projects, ensuring that all modifications are assessed, documented, and communicated effectively. Your expertise will help mitigate risks associated with project changes and support the successful delivery of our construction projects. Oversee the change management process, ensuring all changes are captured, analyzed, and reported accurately
Collaborate with project stakeholders to assess the impact of changes on project scope, schedule, and cost
Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures, and workflow processes
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding proposed changes and their implications
Provide training and support to project teams on change management best practices and tools
Monitor and report on change management performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project controls and change management, preferably in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and the change management process
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Proficiency in project management software and change management tools
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices
