Eram Talent is seeking a Reporting and Data Analytics expert to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a premier Talent Acquisition Consultancy, we are dedicated to providing outstanding staffing solutions tailored to our clients' needs. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, delivering reports, and supporting strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using modern data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Analyze large sets of data to identify trends, correlations, and patterns that impact business outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet their needs
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and implementing best practices
- Create automated reports to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Present findings and recommendations to management and team members effectively
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance reporting processes
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in reporting and data analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
