We are as global and local as you need us to be, with strong best-in-class pan-European technological centres and unique best-shoring capabilities.We leverage a network of high value-adding affiliates in consulting and industrial excellence, and leading partners across multiple sectors to provide you with the most comprehensive services and solutions in an ever-changing environment.ResponsibilitiesKnows the scope of the project (lines, ranges, etc.).Receives the tools and documents relating to the project.Reconstructs the detailed program for integrating the range on site with the factory and checks its compatibility with the factory work program drawn up between the cp/cemb (project manager) and the asp/usine (production system assistant).Manages the programming of each range (range mechanization, set-ups, tool and product modifications).Creates and controls prevention plans for external companies.Controls the first assembly of tools at the production site.Validates the range of tools after the map has been adapted by the factory assemblers.Tracks and monitors the press assembly of its ranges (initial assembly, machining, map adaptation, batch stamping, ramping up).Guides the associated action plans to achieve the quality (appearance and geometry) and industrial performance objectives (tool stoppage rate, instantaneous production, scrap and rework rates, chr).Participates in daily meetings with the factory, using the gdmc (visual management) control panel as a basis for discussion.Supervises 1st assembly, action plans up to final acceptance of cutting tools.Supervises the final acceptance of mock-ups and control tools.Participates in acceptance committees.Manages modifications to parts and tools (costs, planning and deadlines).Manages the financial follow-up of changes or reservations of parts and tools.Manages the signing of sheet 119.Ensures that all documents are updated and reconciled.Handles feedback.Ensures the load planning of the ptd and ptv simulators in order to reserve space, but above all the release of tools, di personnel and the simulator according to the needs of the production ranges.Essential skillsAt least 5 years' experience in a similar role.GDMC experience.Experience in PTD and PTV simulators.Good knowledge of English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
