Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Follow up with e-commerce clients and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) to ensure ongoing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, addressing inquiries and providing product information.
- Drive sales growth through targeted follow-ups and outreach to existing and potential clients.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), creating and scheduling engaging posts to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement.
- Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Track and report on sales and marketing KPIs, providing insights for strategy improvements.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales consultant
- In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis software like SPSS or SAS
- Familiarity with social media managment.
- Ability to gather and interpret data
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Communication skills
- BS degree in Marketing or related field
