This Manager, through their team, will lead cross-functional teams to deliver Data Center build projects, from inception through design, implementation, testing, and deployment. This leader drives the development and adoption of strategies in the region, initiates programs that address regional and global challenges, coordinates and drives execution with local partner teams, removes obstacles during implementation, and reports progress and risks on all in-flight programs. This leader should communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and influence new global initiatives and programs that will inform the next generation of Data Centers. Successful candidates likely have a technical background in a technical discipline (architecture, engineering, or other sciences), have experience in project and program management of complex initiatives, are able to build trust and relationships with various stakeholders, and have strong problem-solving skills. Experience in managing data center infrastructure deployments is a plus. This position requires 10% domestic travel (trips to local AWS Data Center Clusters) and 5% international travel.
