Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build talent pipelines, ensure candidate experience, and foster diversity in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for planning and executing recruitment tasks, sourcing candidates, managing assessments, and enhancing candidate experience while collaborating with various departments. Develop recruitment plans, advertise positions, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain records while coordinating with universities and generating reports. Responsible for attracting and hiring candidates, collaborating with department heads, utilizing recruitment platforms, and maintaining a candidate database. Lead a team in recruitment delivery for Delivery Assurance roles, focusing on strategy, diversity, and collaboration across the Middle East. Coordinate talent acquisition activities, manage recruitment processes, and build relationships while ensuring compliance and promoting internal mobility. Responsible for recruitment needs assessment, job postings, candidate screening, onboarding material development, and reporting on talent acquisition activities. Manage full-cycle recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, ensure positive candidate experience, and collaborate with stakeholders while focusing on Saudization. Assist in recruitment by sourcing, screening candidates, and managing their experience while supporting hiring managers and implementing innovative strategies.
