Our client is seeking a passionate Electrical Supervisor to lead their electrical team, ensuring their vessels and equipment are always at peak performance and meet the highest safety standards. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on state-of-the-art vessels and equipment.
• Design and implement dynamic work schedules for the electrical team.
• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and components, ensuring they exceed safety and operational regulations.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Manage equipment inventories and ensure timely replacements, keeping operations seamless.

• Experience in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in a supervisory role within electrical operations.
• Mastery in electrical system design and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, PowerCAD, or other cutting-edge electrical design software.
• Expertise in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA systems.
• Significant experience within the maritime environment.
• Willingness to travel worldwide, up to 90% of the time, moving from site to site.
