Senior Rehabilition Consultant

We are proudly partnering with a successful multistate provider in the Occupational Rehabilitation field who are expanding into Victoria. As part of this growth, we are recruiting 3 Senior Rehabilitation Consultants (and a State Manager) to kick start their Melbourne team. This will be a team that grows over the next 12 months, with scope for team manager level roles to be created in early 2025.

• Completing assessments - physical injury, workplace, ergonomic, mental health (for Rehab Counsellors / Psychs)
• Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
• Case management - goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress, delivering successful return to work outcomes
• Mentoring and coaching clinicians who make the move into Occ Rehab when this happens

As these roles are Senior, we can only progress candidates who have 2+ years' experience working as an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant (OES or NES). While sponsorship may be available in some instances, this can only be offered to candidates currently working in Vic in Occ Rehab. While these roles can be located flexibly in most parts of Melbourne, due to the nature of client locations it would best suit those in the East, South, Southeast, West or inner suburbs.
