Job Description

  • Proven work experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant .
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers machines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
Working Days: Sunday to Wednesday Days Off: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
