Our parent company Ramcar ANZ operates a diverse range of businesses across Australia and New Zealand, including battery supply, battery recycling, mobile service and automotive services. About the role A Permanent Full Time opportunity now exists for an experienced Administration Officer with excellent computer skills to start immediately at our Wingfield branch. Your major duties include, but are not limited to:
- Processing Banking and petty cash;
- Ensuring incoming mails and emails are attended to;
- Answering and directing telephone calls;
- Processing invoices and other accounting items into SAP;
- Accounts Receivable & Payable, process and assist in queries;
- Filing hard and soft copy documents;
- Customer service on the phone or counter as required;
- Helping team members in a small dynamic team.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Administration;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Ability to work autonomously, but also be part of a team;
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Experience with SAP (an advantage);
