Job Description Summary The incumbent will take on an active role in managing all off site and on-site testing and commissioning activities for ISCS projects. Key Job Accountabilities Manage all off site and on-site testing activities for ISCS projects. Manage a team of test engineers. Coordinate with interfacing SWCs (interface contractors), LTA and internal cross-function teams on interface testing schedules and arrange project team testing. Support and report progress to Project Manager and Technical Manager and develop the testing plan. Required Qualifications & Experience Degree in Computer, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Engineering with at least 5 years of experience. Technical knowledge on SCADA and ISCS is required. Knowledge in system design in railway domain is an added advantage. Knowledge in network design and IT/cyber-security are added advantages. Technical knowledge in the railway domain is an added advantage. Able to manage time, ensure document deliverables and testing schedules are on target. Able to work independently and with supervision from the Manager. Basic programming and scripting knowledge are added advantages. Knowledge in Relational Databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle) is an added advantage. Reporting Relationship The incumbent reports to the Manager, C3, Mobility Rail.
