We have a brand-new opportunity for a B2B Sales & Marketing Teamlead. You will drive the expansion of TCG’s Reseller Business, using AI-driven personalization, automation, and data-driven execution to scale revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker who seamlessly integrates AI into sales and marketing processes, ensuring high-impact engagement with key accounts. Sounds good? Then keep reading! What You will Do:
  • Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve ambitious revenue and pipeline growth goals through AI-powered personalization and automation.
  • Set and track Team KPIs, ensuring performance aligns with revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure - using an Account-Based Sales approach.
  • Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in key markets such as Europe and North America.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are tailored to key accounts, focusing on AI-driven personalization, intent-based marketing, and sales alignment.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Management team to ensure a seamless handover and continuous account expansion.
  • Collaborate with Product & Operations teams to align customer expectations with production capabilities and service levels.
Preferred Background:
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B Sales & Marketing, with expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account-Based Selling (ABS) in Europe & North America.
  • Hard Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of common marketing strategies and tools, such as HubSpot.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
    • Strong affinity for AI and Automation, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to optimize sales and marketing processes.
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Soft Skills: leadership, negotiation, and intercultural relationship-building abilities.
