Direct message the job poster from Turkish Airlines Responsibilities: Manage and process regional accounting duties, including invoice validation, payments, and expense reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for the regional office and HQ. Support the annual budgeting process and assist in financial planning activities in regional countries. Handle office administration tasks, including document management and correspondence. Regional Reporting: Prepare, consolidate, and manage routine regional performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to HQ and stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. KPI Development: Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance regional management’s performance tracking. Coordination and Liaison: Monitor and align activities with country management offices within Southeast Asia. Act as a communication bridge between country offices, the regional directorate, and HQ to address issues and ensure smooth workflows. Support Functions: Assist the Regional Director with marketing, sales, operations, and other initiatives as required. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: Education: Degree from an accredited university (preferably in Business, Logistics, Accounting, Aviation, or related fields). Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in air cargo, air logistics, or related roles. Proficiency in accounting systems and tools, alongside Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Turkish Airlines Cargo operations or familiarity with Southeast Asia’s air logistics market. Additional language skills relevant to the region are an asset.
