We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in managing payroll, leave, time attendance, employee transactions, and residency-related matters, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations, labor laws, and best practices while collaborating with multiple departments to maintain employee records and support HR functions. By ensuring a seamless payroll and HR operations experience, this role contributes to fostering a positive and transparent work environment , where employees feel valued and fairly compensated for their contributions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
  2. Manage and maintain leave records, time attendance, and absenteeism tracking to ensure compliance with company policies.
  3. Handle employee residency processes , including visa renewals, work permits, and other legal documentation.
  4. Maintain and update employee records , including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employment status changes.
  5. Oversee all employee transactions , such as salary adjustments, bonuses, deductions, and end-of-service benefits.
  6. Manage employee benefits, deductions, and leave entitlements .
  7. Prepare and analyze payroll and HR reports for management and finance teams.
  8. Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, leave, and attendance .
  9. Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  10. Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll software and systems .
  11. Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation, labor laws, and HR best practices .
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  2. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel .
  5. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, residency procedures, and payroll regulations .
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
Skills:
  1. Proficiency in payroll software (MenaITech).
  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills for payroll calculations and data analysis.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and data entry.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Effective communication skills , both verbal and written, for interacting with employees and stakeholders.
  6. Basic understanding of accounting principles related to payroll and financial reporting.
  7. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and labor laws.
