- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Plan and design new IT infrastructure and technology initiatives.
- Stay informed about the latest IT trends and emerging technologies.
- IT Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT systems, including servers, networking, storage, and security.
- Ensure the IT infrastructure meets the company's operational and security requirements.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have access to training and development opportunities.
- Budget and Resource Management
- Manage the company’s IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Procure necessary hardware, software, and services within budget constraints.
- IT Governance and Compliance
- Ensure IT systems comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and systems for quality and compliance purposes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the Group IT Manager and other senior executives to align IT operations with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on IT matters to support decision-making at the executive level.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit monthly and yearly reports on IT operations, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Document and maintain IT policies, procedures, and infrastructure details.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and technology management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in managing IT infrastructure components (servers, networking, storage, and security).
- Experience in IT project management and implementing new technologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Capable of adapting quickly to new technologies and business requirements.
