Senior Human Resource And Payroll

We are looking for highly motivated HR Officers / Senior HR Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll processing, policies, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process monthly payroll while ensuring accuracy in salary calculations and timely submission.
• Maintain and update the HR ERP system and employee records.
• Manage attendance, leaves, sick leaves, etc. records in accordance with company policy.
• Collect and verify daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets.
• Calculate overtime, bonuses, deductions, indemnities, and final settlements.
• Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, additions, and deductions.
• Manage the employee offboarding process, including final settlements and exit formalities.
• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, supporting in screening CVs, and facilitating onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and continuously improving grading salary structures, HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and guidelines.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee relations cases, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions, and conduct investigations.
• Conduct audits to ensure HR policies are being adhered to.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or Management Sciences.
• Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations/payroll.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office, and ERP/HRMS systems.
• Competencies: Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
