Department: P&C– Compensation & Benefits Location: DIC Duration: 1 Month Reporting To: Senior Manager – Performance & Rewards Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Organizational Development team to support an Organizational Development Project . The intern will assist with data entry, job description unification, and other organizational development tasks . This role is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in HR analytics, organizational structures, and job frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data entry and organization for organizational development-related records and job descriptions.
- Support the unification and standardization of job descriptions across different functions.
- Work with the team to ensure accuracy and consistency in job-related documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and Organizational Development teams to support the development of job frameworks .
- Assist in documenting and maintaining organizational structures within HR systems.
- Provide general administrative support for the Organizational Development team as needed.
