souKare is a health-tech start-up that provides simpler, sooner, smarter solutions to delivering and consuming healthcare essentials in the region. souKare’s digital platform leverages technology to deliver a best-in-class pharmacy solution at your doorstep while creating a seamless hassle-free healthcare journey for the end-user. souKare is in the process of expanding its call centre team, and we are now on the lookout for an energetic and agile Customer Service/Call Centre Representative. As part of our growing customer service team, you will be responsible for 3 key areas listed below to help enhance service and order fulfillment: 1. Order Confirmation – Calling customers to confirm their order and delivery timings. 2. Customer Service – Complaint resolution, following up on orders that are overdue due to missing customer/delivery information, or product unavailability. 3. Logistics - Manage day-to-day order dispatching in Dubai with our riders and third-party delivery team. This involves route-mapping to optimize driver efficiency and delivery times. In addition to this, you may be required to assist the Operations team with ad-hoc requests including handling customer service inquiries via email and other tasks. What are we looking for?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior work experience as a customer service/call center agent is required, ideally 2+ years.
  • Arabic fluency - verbal & written - is preferred.
  • Familiarity with locations in Dubai and distances between them.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, start-up, or fast-paced environment is a huge plus!
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office.
  • Positive and friendly attitude.
  • Structured, organized, and fast worker.
  • High energy and fast learner – someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Team player.
