Regional Manager (Franchising)A giant within the retail industry is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Regional Manager who will manage all the area managers and 19-25 stores. The Regional Manager will act as a Franchise representative. You will be responsible for all quality implementation, strategic growth implementation strategies, project management, and internal system implementation. You will act as a business support function to all the franchise owners and offer financial management support and business support.Should you have a degree with 3-6 years of management experience from the retail industry, we would like to hear from you.Desired Experience & Qualification3-6 years management experienceExperience in FMCG, Cosmetic, or Food industrySuccessful record of Franchise managementEntrepreneurial-mindedPackage & RemunerationR600,000 - R700,000 depending on experience.
