Job Purpose: Overseeing, managing, and ensuring the proper execution of electrical systems installations, maintenance, and operations on-site. Installing, and testing of electrical wiring, power distribution systems, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, and other electrical infrastructure. Key Accountability Areas: Design and Planning:

Review and understand electrical system designs and ensure they are suitable for the project.
Ensure that the electrical components and systems (wiring, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, etc.) comply with local regulations, standards, and codes.
Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and structural teams to ensure all electrical systems are integrated smoothly into the overall villa design.

Site Supervision and Installation:

Oversee the installation of electrical systems (wiring, lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, etc.) in line with approved plans.
Ensure that installation work is carried out as per the specifications, on time, and within budget.
Supervise electrical subcontractors and contractors on-site, ensuring quality workmanship.
Conduct inspections of installed electrical systems to ensure they meet required standards.
Address any on-site issues or delays related to electrical work.

Coordination and Communication:

Liaise with other departments, including project managers, mechanical engineers, and civil engineers, to coordinate electrical work with the overall project schedule and activities.
Communicate progress, issues, and recommendations to the project manager and other stakeholders.
Participate in meetings and provide technical support regarding electrical systems.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve any electrical system issues that arise during installation or post-installation.
Provide solutions for any challenges encountered during construction related to electrical systems.

Testing and Commissioning:

Oversee the testing, balancing, and commissioning of electrical systems (wiring, power distribution, lighting, etc.).
Ensure all systems are functional and operating as per design specifications.
Conduct performance checks and make adjustments as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain accurate records of electrical systems installations, inspections, and tests.
Provide daily/weekly progress reports on electrical work for management and stakeholders.
Ensure that all electrical system documentation, such as operation manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings, is completed.

Maintenance and Handover:

Ensure that electrical systems are handed over in good working condition.
Oversee the post-handover maintenance of systems, ensuring the villas' electrical systems are maintained properly after occupancy.

Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Any relevant field Work Experience: 4 to 6 Years Technical / Functional Competencies: Construction Projects, Plans and Drawings, Problem Solving #J-18808-Ljbffr
