POSITION IN ORGANISATION Direct Manager: Delivery Officer Peers: Salesman Principal Accountabilities
- Deliver stocks to customers as early as possible.
- Maintain good rapport with customers.
- Follow acknowledgment procedures of taking stamp and signature of customers on invoices.
- Submit invoices back to warehouse the same day or next day.
- Prepare delivery report.
- Maintain delivery vans in proper working condition.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to read in English and Arabic.
- Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Good time management and customer service skills.
