Job Responsibilities

  • Manage your organization's sales by developing a business plan that includes sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Achieve sales targets as planned.
  • Set individual sales goals with the sales team.
  • Track sales goals and report results as needed.
  • Monitor the activities and performance of the sales team. Collaborate with marketing on lead generation.
  • Provide ongoing training for your sales representatives.
  • Grow your sales team through motivation, advice, and product knowledge education.
  • Promote the organization and its products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experienced in customer relationship management.
  • Experienced in managing and leading a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
