Company Description We're building the dream team and are looking for backend, frontend or full-stack engineers! Wadaie is revolutionizing the saving and time deposits experience, ensuring clients always earn the best rates through bank integrations while helping banks meet liquidity needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer located in Riyadh. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for software development on Wadaie products, maintaining our existing codebase which includes core banking capabilities, time deposits and various payment products, as well as building new features to scale further. Qualifications: Technical Expertise:

3+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in .NET, React, and Angular.
Solid understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Professional Experience:

Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the FinTech or financial services sector is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the resilience and adaptability required for a startup environment.

Responsibilities: Startup Mindset

Embrace the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a startup—be ready to wear multiple hats, pivot as needed, and drive impactful changes.
Demonstrate commitment and ownership in building a product that scales and evolves with the market.

Design & Development:

Architect, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure financial applications.
Utilize .NET for backend development and leverage React and Angular for building responsive, intuitive front-end interfaces.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Agile Development:

Engage in full-cycle software development including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our tech stack and development practices.
Proactively identify and address technical challenges, ensuring our systems perform optimally under high loads.
