Reporting to the GM - Storage & Handling Solutions, the After Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing the After Market business across the major product range of the SHS division. The primary goal is to exceed financial budgets while extending the aftersales range of products and services across the total customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Sale of customer contract support agreements
2. Extend market coverage of agreements
3. SHS Spare Parts sales via contracts, workshop, counters, and effective marketing campaigns
4. Ensure total customer aftersales satisfaction
5. Front line sales support
6. Forecasting and planning
7. Safe & correct operation of all FAMCO supplied equipment
8. Maximize cash flow for the group
