Regional HR Head - Middle East & North Africa Location: Dubai Responsibilities: 1. Based on the new energy company's development strategy, organize the formulation of short-term, medium-term, and long-term human resources work plans, and develop a comprehensive human resources management system and implement it. 2. Establish and improve the human resources management system, formulate and implement human resources management policies (including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development, etc.). 3. Responsible for the daily work of the company and the management, guidance, training, and evaluation of departmental staff. 4. Regularly provide senior decision-makers with special suggestions on human resources strategy, organizational construction, and administrative management, providing human resources information support for major company decisions. 5. Strengthen the forecasting and coordination of the company's human resources, and reasonably adjust the organizational structure, personnel structure, and salary and welfare benefits according to the operating conditions and market situation of each project. 6. Responsible for building the core team and business team's backbone, and promoting the core talent echelon training plan within the company. Requirements: 1. A bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, economic management, or related majors. 2. More than 8 years of relevant work experience, with more than 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Director or Human Resources Manager, with multinational company work experience preferred. 3. Familiar with Middle East & North Africa and international labor laws and regulations and policies, with modern human resources management concepts and a solid theoretical foundation. 4. Have excellent leadership, systematic thinking, a global perspective, strong work planning, and the ability to establish and integrate different types of teams. 5. Fluent in English and Mandarin (Putonghua), able to communicate without barriers. 6. Applicants must be Chinese nationals or local ethnic Chinese, capable of adapting to a multicultural work environment, and have legal qualifications and adaptability to work in Dubai. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED600,000.00 - AED800,000.00 per year Experience:
